1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr3 ("pkr3", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr3 online gaming platform available at pkr3.org and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating a pkr3 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through pkr3, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the pkr3 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr3.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a pkr3 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr3 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of pkr3 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in force on the Platform or any related platform operated by pkr3.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement of this nature.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on pkr3, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pkr3 account at any given time. pkr3 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr3 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkr3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pkr3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkr3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account in your name)

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to pkr3's satisfaction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pkr3 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your pkr3 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pkr3 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your pkr3 account. pkr3 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Same business day for verified accounts, subject to a cut-off time of 5:00 PM PKT.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days from the date of approval.

pkr3 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account has not met wagering requirements associated with any active bonus, or where the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy breach.

4.3 Currency

All balances, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals on pkr3 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr3 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees applied by pkr3.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pkr3 may offer various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are communicated at the point of offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pkr3 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkr3 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the player's account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pkr3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not have the terms of that promotion altered to their detriment mid-promotion without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game category available on pkr3 — including slots, live casino, cricket betting, jackpot bingo, and mine games — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant product section of the Platform.

All casino games on pkr3 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's screen and the result recorded on pkr3's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive record of game outcome. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. pkr3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and to communicate any disruption to affected players.

Cricket betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. pkr3 reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, where a pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr3 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, potentially leading to permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to pkr3 immediately; exploiting a known bug constitutes a breach of these Terms regardless of whether the Platform has been notified
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal means or funds that are subject to any third-party claim
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pkr3 staff or other players through any communication channel

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr3 platform, including but not limited to the pkr3 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr3 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pkr3.

9 Privacy & Data

pkr3 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr3 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the conditions of pkr3's operating licence. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkr3 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through every player's account settings.

Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in force, the affected account will be closed to deposits, wagering, and bonus receipt for the duration of the exclusion period. pkr3 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

pkr3's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pkr3 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service unavailability. pkr3 will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance periods.

12 Termination

pkr3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where continuing to operate the account would expose pkr3 to legal or reputational risk.

Players may close their pkr3 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure at the player's request, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus conditions will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms) may result in forfeiture of the account balance, including real-money funds, where those funds are associated with prohibited conduct such as fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr3 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr3's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

14 Amendments

pkr3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or by a regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
